Add-ons

Your website can do more than say who you are

An add-on sits on top of an existing package and takes one job off your hands: scheduling appointments, reminding customers, sending quotes. You only pick what you need.

Every system below carries a status, and it is there to spare you a surprise. Only “In use” means it is running for a business today. “Ready to switch on” is built and tested, but still waiting for its first customer. Anything in development or exploration cannot be ordered yet — it is listed so you know what is coming.

In use

Animated hero

€99one-off

The first second of your website moves, and shows straight away what you do.

What it does
  • Sits on the top screen of the page you already have — no new site needed
  • Visitors who prefer less motion automatically get the still version
  • Built for mobile, without slowing the page down
Suited for: businesses with a visual trade — performers, photographers, salons
In use

Guided choice

€49one-off

A few short questions steer the visitor towards the right offer, and their answers arrive with the enquiry.

What it does
  • Four short questions instead of an empty contact form
  • The visitor immediately sees which direction suits them
  • You receive the answers they gave, so you know beforehand what it is about
Suited for: businesses with several packages or formats customers must choose between
Ready to switch on

Animated one-pager or homepage

€249one-off

Motion across the whole page rather than just the top screen — for a one-pager, or for the front page of a larger site.

What it does
  • Works either way: one page holding everything, or the homepage of a multi-page site
  • The front page of this very site is one — you are looking at it now
  • Visitors who prefer less motion automatically get the still version
Suited for: businesses that want their front page to do something, not just show something

Online appointments

Customers pick a time on your own website, without the back-and-forth by phone.

What it does
  • Sits on the website you already have — you do not need a new one for it
  • Double bookings cannot happen: a taken slot is refused, not quietly accepted
  • Customers pick a staff member or deliberately no preference, at the price that choice carries
  • Dutch wording, times in the Dutch timezone
Suited for: businesses that work by appointment — barbers, salons, practitioners

Text confirmation and reminder

Every appointment confirmed at once, every customer reminded in time — without you thinking about it.

What it does
  • Confirmation the moment they book, a reminder the day before
  • Anyone who replies “STOP” never hears from you again
  • Messages wait for a civil hour instead of arriving in the middle of the night
  • Never the same message twice, even when something goes wrong along the way
Suited for: businesses with a full diary and too many no-shows
In development

Review request afterwards

One message after a completed appointment, carrying your own review link.

What it does
  • Only goes out after an appointment that was actually completed
  • At most one request per customer every three months, however often they visit
  • Only to customers who agreed to it
  • No review link set means nothing happens at all
Suited for: businesses that live on word of mouth

Quotes and invoices

From enquiry to quote to invoice, without a separate accounting package in between.

What it does
  • The quote becomes a link your customer can accept themselves
  • Gap-free sequential invoice numbering, as the Dutch tax office requires
  • VAT per line, fixed at the moment the invoice goes out
Suited for: businesses that work on request — tradespeople, performers, consultants

Workshops with seats

Several participants on the same date, with a limited number of seats.

What it does
  • Fixed dates a limited number of people can sign up for
  • Participants each register on their own, without you keeping a list
Suited for: workshop hosts, course providers and group classes

Missed call, text back

Whoever calls while you are working gets a message straight away instead of nothing.

What it does
  • Works with your own number, by forwarding when you do not pick up
  • One message per caller, even if they try three times in a row
Suited for: sole traders who cannot always answer the phone
